As a Registered Social Worker, Huguette works holistically with adults, youth, couples, and families to provide support for those who are dealing with anxiety, stress, rumination, burnout, depression, addiction, violence and abuse, trauma, PTSD, and more.

Huguette also specializes in grief, loss, and significant life-altering losses such as divorce, miscarriages, friendships, pets, employment, health, and limbs. She can support individuals facing end of life, along with guiding and supporting families and friends in understanding the process their loved one will experience.

Julie is a registered social worker and has been practicing in the mental health system for the past twenty years. She specializes in mood disorders, including anxiety and depression, and has extensive experience helping clients successfully navigate complex diagnoses, treatments, and systems.

Julie’s flexible and supportive practice is guided by a client-centered, solution-focused, and CBT-informed approach that is customized to fit the client’s unique needs, treatment goals, expectations and motivations. Her passion is to assist clients with their mental health by addressing total well-being and growth.

Julie is currently completing certification for CBT (Level 1 and 2 completed), DBT (Level 1 completed), and working toward becoming APT (the Association of Psychological Therapies) certified.

Katrina is a Registered Social Worker with a holistic and trauma-informed approach to counselling. She is a strong advocate for those facing discrimination and oppression. She is well-versed in intersectionality and the management of various factors that may impact the way that individuals navigate the world around them. Her strengths-based approach serves to empower clients to lead their healing journey with her support. Katrina works with individuals, couples, and families, to create goals, reframe unhealthy thinking patterns, and utilize effective coping strategies to help them lead lives that are in alignment with their unique values and desires.

Katrina is passionate about supporting her 2SLGBTQ+ community with affirming supports, identity exploration, and a safe outlet to discuss the unique issues they face. She is open to supporting both traditional and alternative relationships and approaches these issues from a sex positive, and non-judgmental lens.

Katrina has experience supporting those involved or at risk of being involved in the criminal justice system. From navigating the emotional aspects as they enter the system to empowering them as they exit and reintegrate into society, she is aware that there are many complex issues faced by these individuals within themselves, their families, and their communities. Both perpetrators of crime and victims alike will feel safe as they take steps towards personal growth, healing, and wellness with her help.
